• Subject: Comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE)

• Camera Settings: 400mm | 1.3s | f/5.6 | ISO500
• Comments: My first attempt to take photos of a comet turned out quite OK I would say. Comet C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) was discovered on 27 March 2020 by a space telescope called NEOWISE. The comet passed closest to the Sun on 3 July 2020. It was visible to the naked eye but was even more spectacular when observed through binoculars or a telescope. On Saturday 11 July 2020, the comet had a magnitude of +1.8. It was visible in the Auriga constellation. Its distance to the Sun was 0.39 AU, its distance to Earth was 0.87 AU.

• Location: Brussels Airport (BRU/EBBR)
• Date & Time: July 2nd 2020 – 20:07 LT
• Equipment: Canon EOS 7D Mk II | Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5 – 5.6L IS USM | Lowepro Flipside 400 AW
• Camera Settings: 235mm | 1/640s | f/8.0 | ISO100
• Comments: Landing RWY 25R. Flight SN3170 NAP-BRU. Wearing Eurowings livery.

• Subject: Western Global Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-11(F) N799JN
• Location: Brussels Airport (BRU/EBBR)
• Date & Time: July 11th 2020 – 07:52 LT
• Equipment: Canon EOS 7D Mk II | Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5 – 5.6L IS USM | Lowepro Flipside 400 AW
• Camera Settings: 100mm | 1/500s | f/8.0 | ISO100
